Sarvestan - Saadatabad Oil Fields Development Project (Fars Province)

Project Overview

  • Integrated EPC development program for the Sarvestan and Sa’adat Abad oil fields in Fars Province, executed on behalf of Iranian Central Oil Fields Company to enhance crude output and optimize associated gas management.

 

Scope of Work

  • Construction of oil processing facilities
  • Installation of wellhead equipment and surface facilities for 12 production wells
  • Implementation of crude oil gathering pipelines in 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch diameters, extending approximately 110 km
  • Collection, compression, and reinjection of associated gas at a rate of 20 million cubic feet per day (MMscfd) to sustain reservoir pressure

 

Project Objective

  • Achieve production of 27,000 barrels per day of crude oil
  • Transfer produced crude to Shiraz Oil Refining Company for processing
Construction of Nezamiyeh Oil Pumping Station, Ahvaz

Construction of Nezamiyeh Oil Pumping Station, Ahvaz

Project Overview

  • Implementation of an EPC project for the construction of a new petroleum products pumping station in the Nezamieh district of Ahvaz, situated along the Abadan–Ray transmission pipeline.

 

Scope of Work

The contractor performed complete engineering, procurement, construction, and installation activities, covering:

  • Administrative and operational buildings, including control room, security post, guardhouse, laboratory, workshop, and diesel generator unit
  • Aboveground and underground storage tanks
  • Mechanical installations, electrical systems, instrumentation, and related process equipment

 

The station was equipped with 10-inch and 16-inch pumps installed on two corresponding 10-inch and 16-inch pipelines. These lines enable the transfer of petroleum products—gasoline, kerosene, and diesel—with daily capacities of 70,000 barrels and 120,000 barrels, respectively. The products are received from the Abadan inlet pipeline and pumped onward to downstream stations, ultimately reaching the Ray terminal.

 

Project Objectives

  • The new facility was constructed to improve operational safety standards and replace the aging Khorramkoshk pumping station, which is currently located within the urban area of Ahvaz. The new installation is positioned approximately 7 km along the Andimeshk road on the Abadan–Ray pipeline route.

Project Overview

  • Execution of construction works for a 56-inch diameter segment of the national gas transmission pipeline in the Noorabad region of Fars Province.

 

Project Objectives

  • Relocation of the second national gas pipeline from within the urban boundaries of Noorabad to an external route in order to meet safety requirements
  • Connection of the relocated line to the third national gas transmission network
