Project Overview

  • Execution of a comprehensive EPC program to remove processing constraints and increase operational capacity of the Bandar Abbas Oil Refinery through design refinement, equipment upgrades, and facility enhancements.

 

Scope of Work

  • Reassessment and modification of the basic engineering design
  • Detailed engineering services
  • Procurement and supply of required equipment and materials
  • Construction and installation

 

Project Objectives

  • Increase crude processing capacity from 232,000 barrels per day to 320,000 barrels per day

 

Project Partners

  • The project was executed by the Oil Design and Construction Company in partnership with International General Contractor Company (IGC), with limited subcontracted services provided by Snamprogetti.
