Project Overview

  • EPC execution of two sulfur forming units at Ilam Gas Refinery, operating under National Iranian Gas Company, aimed at upgrading liquid sulfur into market-ready solid products for domestic and export applications.

 

Scope of Work

  • Process engineering and detailed design development
  • Procurement and supply of all required materials and equipment
  • Construction and installation
  • Execution support and participation in commissioning and start-up

 

Project Objectives

  • Conversion of molten sulfur into sulfur pastilles in two product grades:

I. Pure sulfur

II. Bentonite-enriched sulfur

  • Total production capacity of 600 tons per day
