Scope of Work

I. Engineering & Design:

  • Technical review, validation, and optimization of detailed engineering for the TDAE unit
  • Completion of remaining detailed design and procurement engineering services

II. Procurement & Supply:

  • Full sourcing and supply of materials, equipment, and packages for both units

III. Construction & Installation:

  • Site preparation and mobilization
  • Mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works
  • Pre-commissioning and integrated commissioning activities

 

Project Objectives

I. TDAE Processing Unit:

  • Removal of high concentrations of polycyclic aromatic compounds (PCA) from DAE by-products
  • Production of environmentally compliant treated oil with PCA content reduced to ≤3wt%

II. HDT Processing Unit:

  • Construction and commissioning of a hydrotreatment facility to enhance product quality, process stability, and regulatory compliance
