Scope of Work

The contractor is responsible for delivering an EPCM framework that includes:

• End-to-end engineering and design services
• Procurement planning, vendor coordination, and contract administration
• Oversight of fabrication, supply, and logistics activities
• Construction management, installation supervision, and commissioning support

Project Objectives

• Reducing output of low-value heavy fuels, particularly high-sulfur fuel oil
• Producing cleaner fuels that comply with environmental standards
• Increasing yield of higher-value light fuels such as LPG, gasoline, and diesel
• Maximizing production of petrochemical intermediates including propylene and isobutylene
• Extending the petrochemical value chain under an integrated petro-refining strategy
