Scope of Work

  • Detailed engineering services
  • Procurement of equipment and materials
  • Construction and installation of refining units and supporting systems
  • Pre-commissioning activities and participation in commissioning
  • Revamp and integration of existing refinery units with newly installed facilities

 

The project includes construction and commissioning of new units with a 210,000 barrels-per-day crude oil processing capacity, comprising:

 

I. Licensed Units:

  • Hydrogen production
  • Naphtha hydrotreating
  • Diesel hydrotreating
  • Gasoline production
  • Isomerization
  • Sulfur recovery
  • Hydrocracking

 

II. Non-Licensed Units:

  • Atmospheric and vacuum distillation
  • LPG production
  • Sour water stripping and amine treatment
  • Supporting facilities

 

Project Objectives

  • Daily processing of 49,000 barrels of kerosene
  • Production of 1.15 million liters/day of Euro 5 gasoline
  • Daily treatment of 87,000 barrels of diesel, upgraded to Euro 5 quality
  • Stabilization of total refinery capacity at 360,000 barrels per day through the addition of a new 210,000 BPD refining complex
