The kick-off meeting for the construction of gasoline and gasoil quality improvement units at Kermanshah Refinery took place on October 28, 2026. Attended by representatives of Kermanshah Oil Refining Company, ODCC, and Nirpars, the meeting addressed the roles and responsibilities of the parties involved. The project will be jointly executed by ODCC and Nirpars, under ODCC's leadership, with Shargan Consulting Engineers serving as the project management consultant.
